Registration for an Event

Through this website, you can register to participate in an event. Your personal data will be collected and subsequently processed for the purposes described below. The processing necessary for this purpose and the event itself are the responsibility of the organizer, who acts as the data controller.

1. What personal data do we collect, for what purpose, and by which technical means?

The personal data collected and subsequently processed are:

  • Data necessary for the organization and management of the event, such as gender (required to determine the correct title), name, first name, date of birth, postal and email addresses, phone number, license plate number.
  • Photographs/images/videos that could be published as part of the event.
  • Audio recordings of the interventions of the individuals involved during their participation in the event.

2. Purposes

The purpose of the processing of personal data carried out as part of the event is the management/organization of events, including the management of contact lists, invitations, participants, follow-up activities, news, publications of photos/images/videos, presentations, and internet publications.

Participants who prefer that their images are neither taken nor published on any medium have the possibility to explicitly object to this in writing.

The processing of personal data, related to the organization and management of this event, is necessary for the management and operation of events, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/796.

3. Who has access to your personal data and to whom are they disclosed?

Some of your personal data (list of participants with names, first names, photos, and video images) may be published on the Internet but will only be accessible to other participants of the event.

If you do not agree with the disclosure of your personal data as described above, you must indicate it explicitly and/or inform the data controller in writing using the contact details of the relevant event.

4. How do we protect your personal data?

The personal data collected and all information related to the above-mentioned event are stored on the servers of SITEGROUND, whose activities comply with the security provisions and decisions established for this type of servers and services.

5. How can you verify, modify, or delete your personal data?

If you wish to verify what personal data is stored in your name by the data controller, have it modified, corrected, or deleted, please contact the data controller using the contact details of the event and explicitly specifying your request. We draw your attention to the consequences of a deletion request, as we would no longer be able to contact you.

6. How long do we keep your data?

Your personal data will be part of a contact list solely for the purpose of keeping you informed of future events.

Photos and video footage are kept as long as the organizer remains active.

8. Recourse

Comments can be addressed to the event organizer. Complaints can be addressed to the Data Protection Authority (DPA).
